Nah it's not Gaga. In the description it says that it is a girl names Lauren :) it does look an awful lot like her though

Wow yeah. I just noticed that. It looks very similar to her though!!

The quiet before the storm......

Yeah we've heard that for the past 9 months. The storm is overdue and gone. LOL

In the last century, a world musician released an album and it was a storm.

Nowadays with fan forums on the Internet you have a hurricane devastating everything before the artist can even bring up the storm.

So I've been listening to the Radio all day and it all sounds like the same music.

Honestly, I'm now almost more than sure that Gaga can afford to wait to release anything new for a bit longer

Willy Wonka

Her dad tweeted that she is ok, resting, and taking some PT (Personal time)

She isnt worried about the album it seems. I guess that break she talked about in the skype chat came sooner than expected.

PT usually always means physical therapy.

Idk if anyone has thought of this yet but I'm thinking about how the hip injury can be seen as an indication of the decay of the blonde icon theme. She already started it but goin to Vuitton brown, even though she still wear blonde wigs. Then the BTW Ball comes to the US and she gets critism for the gun bra that had been a part of the show since the beginning. And then she got injured. I feel like even though it wasn't planned (or was it? :lolgaga:) it definetly has the GP losing faith in Gaga. I think this is her way of leaving BTW behind. She's not very right now because the only news are like spotting from the hosipital and things like that. She was already going to take time off after the Ball to work some more on the album and the injury just gave her a valid excuse to start eariler. Her being under the radar right now is going to make any announcement that much more impactful because we've been missing her.

P.S.: The loss of most followed on Twitter and Queen of Youtube titles could also fit in the decay theme.

I know I rambled a lot but it's been on my mind since the BTW Ball got cancelled 1 day before my show. :toofunga:

Born Brave

I in ways wish that she had named this Album "Phoenix" instead of ARTPOP

The album cover should be her as a phoenix rising from the ashes... but that would only repeating the half woman half motorcycle thing

Yeah, I have to admit, my level of hype for this album is really diminished. I feel more like I just want it to come out already than actually excited for it's release. I'm not trying to be negative or to b---h about Gaga, just saying how I (unfortunately) feel. I think the cancelation of the BTWB, the lack of info, the relentless waiting, and Gaga's injury has kind of sucked the life out of ARTPOP. Maybe when we have real news/release dates/album artwork/getting close to release my hype level will go up, but as of now.... :confuse:

I think we can definitely expect to have at least some news in April. Before the injury happened she had already confirmed she would not be releasing any music until the tour is over. Seeing as the tour was supposed to finish at the end of March anyway, it's probably wrong to just assume the music has been pushed back. I think we will know at least 6-10 weeks beforehand if any new music is to be released. Thinking about it 6-8 weeks from April takes us to May - early June and assuming the surgery has gone well, Gaga could be fit and ready to start promoting around that time.

For now, I think we shouldn't over speculate and just treat the injury as something that has only effected the tour and not the music. It's been almost 2 years since Gaga released Born This Way, whats another couple months?

I'm trying to think like you but it's really tough, I'm not gonna lie
