Even if Gaga was in it 100% I still wouldn't care for it, and I love all of Gaga's songs on some level. And thanks for the tea. The way I understand it is that it was a fake "contest" and that DJWS and Gaga made the track themselves but didn't want to announce it as an official Gaga song cuz it was just for fun. I mean, even in the "contest" rules he stated that he didn't want a fan to write lyrics, he wanted them to rap/sing. So there's no way the lyrics were written by someone else and then rapped by her. Eventually the "winner's" (aka Gaga's) version was uploaded. But there was never any plan to release any other version. And then the contest is magically finished after an hour or two? It takes longer than that to perfect vocals. So Cake was done before he even started the contest. It's clearly a commentary to the media about her weight gain. I'm glad someone spoke up because I didn't want to type out everything you just did, jc. The biggest part for me is our earliest info. I reckon (similar to you and i) shes gunna be genetically enhanced by scientists and theyre gunna try and splice her. This would then create "the hybrid" (a hybrid can withstand these things) & she keeps referring to her technologies as "hers" for instance - the ARTPOP app "SHE", she calls her fibre optic wig a she, we have Emma the keytar ... All are hybrids between technologies ARTPOP app - music, film, social Fibre optic wig - light & fashion Emma - guitar, keyboard, synth. Shes a fan of stitching more than one thing together - ART + POP shes totally bringing Yüyi back, shes totally becoming this genetically enhanced being - its SOO space-age, its SOO gaga and its SOO ARTPOP!
