What if the entire era is like the black out, where she doesn't say anything about performances, videos, or songs until it just happens? Maybe that's the secret of ARTPOP being about possibilities, keeping us guessing. It can be anything up until that very last moment in time when it is revealed, then it's no longer a possibility but a fact.
