Didn't like the image as much when I first saw it, but now that I see it with the ARTPOP title... stout3307 0 Posted April 18, 2013 Share Posted April 18, 2013 yeah she said the album isn't about weed per se, but we know it's something she enjoys. and like i said it's a "holiday" of sorts and she said she might also have a party when she announces the date -- so it's not that farfetched. her bday made the most sense but this does now. the next holiday is july 4.
