Well, that's your opinion :) But I think the bad taste in the cover was on purpose. Like... it was the most anticipated album of the year, and she gave us a floppy photoshopped image as the artwork. How brilliant is that? :p Gaga has already explained her method: to list what people expect from her, and to do the exact contrary. And the BTW cover is consistent with this idea. People just take it for the truth because they want something so badly. I'm pretty sure they are messing with everyone, but that is my opinion. In the same way that Marcel Duchamp's "Fountain" was a masterpiece.
