ARTPOP seems so far away. I don't think she is depressed THAT much maybe she is just lurking around seeing what fans want on ARTPOP (a bit too optimistic?) She'd better tweet once: "New song in 2 days". and having "the sound of 2013"? in 2015 i think and then others will say it's reductive... Stop being pathetic please. I work for Interscope Records as one of the people who help with deciding release dates, making travel arrangements etc. I have worked there since 2007 and enjoy my job very much which is why I won't give current release dates and/ or titles Gaga hasn't revealed, so don't ask for it! I will say though that the tracklist is final and they are finishing up the songs right now, then Gaga will have down-time now until early next month, then they will film the music video for the lead single, and while she is doing that she will finish the app and the extra songs to be added to the app which is about 20 or so! She will add a song or two each month. Ask me any questions and I will see if I can answer them! I won't buy the album anymore. I'm done with it. She started to talk about it in jan 2012. I have faith that if it does happen it will be done well but i dont really mind either way. But i dont think we can rule out the possibility. She has made a few statements mentioning the aliens and it being her last human moment before ARTPOP and lets not forget the NASA possibilities. I see where you're getting that but, ugh, not here for that at all i think people need to remember that the recovery time for gaga's injury is 4 - 6 MONTHS and we're like... 2 months into that i'm sure she's not too happy with having to cancel the tour and put everything on hold either and it must really suck for her to know that fans are disappointed, especially when she has such a close relationship with them i hate waiting too but i'm pretty sure none of this was planned so taking frustration out on gaga will help nobody Finally, a sensible post. The earliest we're getting ANYTHING is August 25 at the VMAs tbh. Let's not be like those religious fanatics who pressure people into liking things. At the end of the day, this is just pop music and fans can come in and out of the fanbase whenever they feel like doing it. In fact, they should. I think it's not healthy to pressure yourself into liking something if you don't. This is not a religion. Some of you are acting like it is. Michael 533 Posted April 7, 2013 Share Posted April 7, 2013 It's just ridiculous that some people are that inpatient that they will stop being fans because ARTPOP is coming later than you expected, even though you gave yourself those expectations. Gaga never gave us a date and never promised it would be out earlier than now. She always said on those LittleMonsters.com chats that it was subject to change. In fact, it puzzles me why you are shocked it isn't out yet at all considering the fact that the tour should have only ended a little over 2 weeks ago. I know that somebody will probably tell me to 'let people have their opinions', but I'm also entitled to mine. I'm just gonna come out and say it, people who are going to not buy the album any more are not and were never real fans. If that is how weak their devotion to Gaga is, then I'm sure they can't be that desperate for the album in the first place. People who really want the album, are willing to wait. And don't pretend that you aren't being disrespectful by displaying your impatience when Gaga's grieving her grandfather's loss. Yeah, she may have been hyping the album for a while but people are allowed to take time off work when a loved one dies. That includes pop singers because she is after all a human being, remember? You're also ungrateful considering the amount that she's given us since she released her last album (which hasn't even been 2 years yet). We've had Stuck on ****in' You, Princess Die, Stache, Cake, and other leaks. You all act like you are so hard done by, but Gaga has devoted every day of her life to us for the past 5 years and you whinge and moan about how she isn't working hard enough for you?
