She is probably just using a wheelchair right now and probably will for the next 2 weeks or so and might still use it in public and so she can focus all her energy on getting her dancing back until June. She should immediately release the APP as soon as it's ready.. with a countdown imbedded.. almost like a pre-order type deal.. you open the APP and see some killer images and stuff. Then you see a tab called POP. You open that tab and see a countdown clock... when the countdown clock is at ZERO the lead single is automatically streamed to everyone over the APP.. immediately following the single broadcast a new countdown is started for the album.. then the lead single is released to radio and Gaga can post whatever she likes after that point...
