trailoptic 0 Posted March 28, 2013 Share Posted March 28, 2013 well as far as we know its coming in the summer. everyone wants her to tweet something but it never meant she would. you'd think people would know better by now. the whole her tweeting on her birthday thing was completely fan fabrication. not really. she could tweet anything, it doesn't have to be dates, but atp it feels like she wants no contact with fans, which is strange. I want an announcement just as badly as you guys, but I'm not going to be angry with her if she doesn't announce anything. When I said I hoped that she was having a good birthday, I wasn't implying that there are some reasons that she wouldn't be. I just think that more than anything, Gaga deserves to just enjoy her birthday and not have to worry that her fans are sitting here waiting for an announcement that may not be coming and then they get angry that she doesn't announce anything, even though she hasn't promised anything. She really can't win. In the Born This Way era she spoke too much about the album. In the ARTPOP era she spoke too little about it. Today is her birthday and after the time she's dedicated and given to us over the years I think we can wait a little while longer for a new album, especially considering the rough start to the year she's had. I don't think you're wrong. Actually I'm not angry with Gaga. The thing is: I love her music more than I love her, and nobody can deny that there has been a lot of hype, specially recently. I think that she could either hype us less, which would make me feel less frustrated, or tell us something concrete. I'm not angry with her, because I have lots of other good artists to listen to, but I feel that, even if that's not what she means to do, she's playing with us to see how much we can stand. Wow some Gaga fans are so damn ungrateful. I don't think I'm ungrateful just because I want her to say more about something she's been hyping for so long. Actually, I think I'm pretty grateful buying all the music I could be simply downloading from piratebay, or spending half of my salary on her show.
