Honestly, surprised that someone hasn't created a fake "Dot"-like account by now, claiming that it's Lady Gaga, tweeting in some different form during the blackout. This was articulated a lot better than how I worded it. Sounds less angsty. But yes, exactly how I feel and how I think a lot of monsters feel but are afraid of getting chewed out. I do think that the silence is directed towards the press but we kind of get ****ed over. I mean, we're the ones that pay her. Sort of. Indirectly, but we do. Emotionally and physically. It seems like she gave us so much to look forward to (ARTPOP, the app, the Terry documentary, the Tony Bennett album) without any details and then just evaporated. I love her and want her to get better, but this is torturous. I wouldn't care if she went into a blackout if she hadn't given us information. In my head the timeline looks like this: finish BTWB and at the end of the last song announce dates for ARTPOP. Go into media blackout to finish vocals without the press hounding her for questions about the album/album cover/single. Suddenly come back with an album cover and date for lead single.
