I think she's pretty close to finishing as it is and I'm pretty sure (at least 90%) that we will have had a huge announcement by the end of April. The longer she waits, the more she is taking a chance to be obsolete by the time the first song and album out. She has been hyping this thingsince early last year. At this point, just deliver or get married, be a housewife and go away and stop playing with our minds She'll be fine...if you aren't happy, then leave. Gaga does not OWE anyone anything. YOU decide for yourself whether or not you're going to be impatient and only happy when she's "on top of the charts." She hasn't hyped this with the general public at all, only her fans know sh*t. And it's really only because we've been begging her for info backstage. Other than that she hasn't hyped anything about the album in a few months. If she was tracklisting, doesn't that mean that she had all the songs ready to go and was putting them all in order for the album? And that was a while back! Tracklisting can happen early in production. It helps narrow down what songs to give full attention too when working on a final mix. Also in some cases it helps because then elements of the songs before or after one song could be used in it as well, giving a seamless and gapless transition from song to song.
