A month between the single and the album. But the album was almost leaked before the official release so if ARTPOP doesn't leaks we are gonna have to wait more. I'd rather her tweet it to us all - that way it hits the stans, the fans, the media, the haters etc. all at the same time. Watch the craziness unfold. But fans/stans will be watching the skype chat, and she could always announce it on Twitter right after the Skype call is over. She has been putting priority on letting her fans know about things first more recently, by posting on LM.com. IDK.
