Germany releases new music the Friday before USA releases music the following Tuesday... I think the way Taylor announced Red was perfect, she announced the album and it's release date, talked loads about it gave details about songs etc, played a snippet of the song and then released it later that day! (She did also play a few songs from the album acoustically but this wasn't shown till a couple of months later as a fan gift) If gaga did some or all of this I'd die!! Skype seems like such an underwhelming way to reveal big information. I'd rather her tweet it to us all - that way it hits the stans, the fans, the media, the haters etc. all at the same time.
