I'm almost sure that's gaga's voice and it's similar to her style... Maybe it's just very very good fake or some unreleased song.. If it's a big hit, maybe she won't release a second one before the album gets out but if it doesn't slay maybe she'll does it weeks before ARTPOP drops in May, maybe?.
