It happens all the time... I know it pains people to dwell on this but she literally has no control over a time frame for a single or album release.. its all interscope.. which frankly I think interscope sucks at introducing new material. Releasing a title early and releasing new music with paper work and lawyers and business stuff and promo while readying an album are two different things. You have to look at it from a business standpoint + she's revamping the tour she doesn't have all that much extra time, then there's the video live tv performances etc that she would have to prepare Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
