I know we haven't heard anything, but from Zedds album and those videos of Madeon's music, it doesn't really sound new or fresh. She might be branded a little late to the game in a negative way if the album isn't embraced by the public. Yeah It has been done a lot but Gagz is coming to do EDM THE RIGHT WAY! Whether or not its the **** played at raves is kind of irrelevant, its all still electronic dance music or at least incorporates it. All I hope is that she incorporates it while still looking forward as opposed to just sounding like something that was made this year while everyone else is charging onward. That'd be weird for her to do so early into her career. Vogue even described it as her "wall" of electronic music. I mean with the dance breaks and such. it might have been fresh last year but next year it won't be. Hopefully they'll bring something actually new to the table. EDM hasnt been done at all, the crap on radio is not EDM. but the people just listening to the radio won't know that. and I've been hearing a lot of Zedd-esque stuff around.
