It really is in certain ways the album that will define if she really is one of the greatest artists of this decade. i Think ARTPOP will be alot like tfm in terms of lyrics and catchy hooks but also something completly new! I just want GAGA to prove she also really sing with at least one song with a simple pianio beat and incrediable vocals which is able to do! Let GAGA take her time with this album, and i think the first single will be relased mid january and i dont mind if its later then that because at the end of the day she has to be one of the most talented song writers around right now, so if shes spending months recording song, that could be a really good thing. I mean she wrote some of her best songs in 10 minutes, imagine what she could do if she spent more time on the lyrics! in terms of production i think she has the right producers, red one is becoming irelevant and fernando had his chance. Remember when the BET president heard TEoG and said that "the beats were so heavy that they left your speakers gasping for water?" My thoughts exactly Although TEOG is a masterpiece, it's not enough to be 'gasping for water'. Yildiz 1 Posted October 5, 2012 Share Posted October 5, 2012 I think at this point she's really hesitant to give any info because 1 - the Kendrick collab from his upcoming album got shelved (hype for nothing) 2 - she doesn't want a repeat of the born this way promo strategy (we've discussed this to death) 3 - there's going to be a freaking APP with features for every song on ARTPOP (THATS A LOT OF WORK!) 4 - she's in the middle of a world tour! The Dec 12-Jan 11 gap is the best bet for album announcements I think. 5 - her fan base will rip her to shreds if something beyond her control has to change, such as the release date etc. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

And I can really smell the meltdowns if she's going on tour one year later with an "old" album (I mean, she started the BTWB tour 11 months after the album release) :nacho: And tbh I'm excited for the ARTPOP tracklist.
