'Mixed' means that it's completely finished, so Gaga probably is just mastering her songs at the end of the process before she makes the complete product. And, Gaga's album isn't coming out soon, he's right -- but soon I would assume is before the summer's done. When are those other artists' albums coming out? She's in Latin America in November, then South Africa right after. When could she put out a single and have time to promote it?
