Not only is she planning her performances, spending time getting her management situation in order, planning on Versace stuff, dealing with the DWUW video issues, all the other planning that goes on behind the scenes before we even get to see anything, etc. etc. but then she's also gotta go through this legal battle. Poor girl. I agree, trying to keep the focus on the future, and the ugly past keeps trying to pop up... Whatever the issue, it looks like Fusari is being a stink because of $$ like a cat in a sil, I observe life, moving and still.
