Dinner in Chicago and breakfast in Paris and here we you are thinking that she's broke. I think its beautiful that gaga has stopped coddling the fans to some extent and if this mini blackout is necessary for a change of posture of some extreme deluded fans than im all in for it. That said, i think some of us here bought the album to hear songs that would then have music videos. Born this way was amazing, i was loving the videos and everything and she said it qould have nine videos and i bought the album because of that. To have that sonic account of those visual masterpieces. That didnt happen, the whole era went kapkutt because of public perception of her. Thats ok, there's ARTPOP... But then ARTPOP comes and disappears again... Well i hope it all goes well! I just miss gaga and feel like being her fan has become about waiting, waiting, waiting, getting bad news, delay, one music video, waiting, waiting...1 performance, waiting. 3 posts on LM about drama not music, waitingm waiting...'' Some of the responses in this thread are just vile and full of hate. It's sad to see how quickly this fanbase is turning into a bunch of ungrateful hatemongers. Where is all the tolerance, love and positive thinking in situations like this, huh? People are showing their real faces, I guess. A little bit of advice: Try to relax and find a hobby that doesn't include Gaga. Life is too short for sh*t like this. Gosh! It's hard to light a candle, easy to curse the dark instead. People have joined this forum to celebrate Gaga's music & craft....if she just lets everything go in the middle of an active album cycle & doesn't even bother to explain what's going on....of course the fans are going to form their own theories or at least question as to what's going on? It's human nature & there is nothing wrong with it. I don't get why are some fans so "baffled" by this. What do you want these fans to do? Pretend that things are perfectly fine? Just sit on their asses and dare not to say a single word? There are people spending hundreds of dollars to see her on tour, buying her music, supporting her artistry & standing by her. THEY have EVERY right to question what the deal is, especially if they don't get straight answers. My God! The audacity! A little dramatic, eh? Even the moderators have jumped on the bandwagon of assuming that Gaga is obligated to us in some way. Little Monsters need to get out of their pop star obsessed bubbles, drop their slave-driver mentality, and just appreciate what we have gotten. She released an album, a music video, an app, a slew of terrific live performances...but that isn't enough. Your acting like a bunch of children, but I guess that is Mother Monster's fault for coddling you. Gaga doesn't owe us a music video or an explanation. I understand the fans that are upset about the video and lack of promo. Hell, I'm upset about that. But Gaga gave us an explanation about the video. It seems there isn't much more she can do about it at this point. Fans complaining and bringing it up every time Gaga does something (seemingly) not related to ARTPOP isn't going to help us get the video, it's only going to make Gaga feel worse. She knows something went wrong, it's probably bothering her way more than it's bothering us, we don't need to keep reminding her. This photo has nothing to do with the video, yet the video gets brought up and people give Gaga **** for doing something other than promoting the album and giving us what we want. This is a girl who has been ON quite non-stop for the last 5+ years, and I think recently a lot of stuff just caught up with her and it can't be easy to cope with. People need to be more patient, let her have a life outside of her music and art, and realize there is more to life than Gaga. I think it's really sweet that Gaga has found a friend in Donatella. Gaga used to talk about feeling out of place with other famous people, and now she's finding her own little niches among them. I think these friends could also help Gaga understand different sides of Fame even more because then can provide firsthand knowledge and inspiration. Clearly you don't understand a sarcastic post. Just because you thought I was being serious, doesn't mean you need to be insulting and start cursing like a sailor. Obviously gaga can do whatever she wants and is not entitled 'slave' for us. The only thing I did was make a joke about the general attitude this fanbase has acquired because things are taking longer than usual.
