SISTERV 3,887 Posted January 16, 2014 Share Posted January 16, 2014 Just going to throw this is here......its not like when ARTPOP came out she began writing a whole new album. -We know that she has planned to do a 2 part album for over a year now -Also, she said she wrote upwards of 100 songs for the album, she might be writing a few new things but this second act is probably already mostly written and edited. all she has to do is record it. -Remember when she played that German nightclub and did the acoustic Gypsy? She said not to call her album releases "eras". Point being, ARTPOP could mean anything quite literally and if it flows into a second part it doesnt mean we are getting a whole new concept based record. It just means we are getting additional tracks that are from the ARTPOP library. -Didnt she also say when talking about Applause and how it was almost not chosen that they were choosing which songs to put on the record....this makes me feel like other things were recorded. (Clearly Ratchet, or something akin to it WAS, because we heard like ten seconds of her rapping it at that nightclub a few months ago) -She also said just a few months ago she idealistically would want act II out BEFORE the tour. I actually wouldn't be surprised if it is released in the next few months. I'm just curious if the same album art will be kept with just "ACT II" beneath ARTPOP, or if, like TFM, she will do an entirely different album art. I love ARTPOP so much and I honestly feel it's probably one of my favorite albums, if not my actual favorite. ARTPOP means so much to me already!
