Remember Iheart festival, where Heavy Metal Lover played as an interlude and she spoke through the mic saying "we are saving the good stuff for later" (meaning as a last single). Well, Scheisse and HML never got to be singles. The infamous lead single of ARTPOP fell victim to the same logic, I guess. ("let's save it for Act II"). The infamous KILLER song that didn't make the cut in the Fame Monster co-produced by Garibay. WHAT KIND OF LOGIC is this? I feel like there are too many lost ideas and songs in a vault that we, as fans, have no access to. BRING AGAIN THE OLD FORMULA. The new songs are ALL "electric chapels", meaning killer couples, and boring choruses. I don't remember that killer song from The Fame Monster... and I don't think Heavy Metal Lover or Scheiße are the best songs from Born This Way/would achieve commercial success if they were released as singles. It was definitely between Venus, Burqa/Aura and Applause back then, although Gaga said last year that Sexxx Dreams also battled for being the lead single... damn, so many possibilities! Yers i know, It is had very big possibilites of being the lead single IF THEY HAD FOLLOW THE EARLY PLAN. ( Single late 2012, álbum early 2013) But then, heavy electronic music became less trenddy in 2013 and they changed lots of things and delay the reléase of ARTPOP. Yo creo que GUY también estuvo entre los candidatos para 1 single. Lo que esta claro es que primero a mediados-finales de 2012 Burqa ( Yo también creo que GUY pudo ser ) iba a ser lead. Luego paso lo de la cadera y una vez recuperada y todo eso, en mayo o asi se reunio con INTERSOPE y deidieron que , APPLAUSE o SD tenÃan que ser lead.( Dejaron atrás Burqa y guy porque vieron que no eran muy actuales) Al final gano APPLAUSE. Pues un fan preguntó a DJWS sobre el productor del primer single y él contestó que era una mujer... y luego Gaga hizo una serie de tweets con la frase *alien voice* al final con lo que indicarÃa que es Venus, porque la produjo Gaga y la temática galáctica... Aunque unos meses después Gaga dijo que le preguntarámos a DJWS quién era el productor, o sea que Applause se decidió a principios de año...
