The title change was initially for Clean version, there are 2 versions of ARTPOP released in the West, Explicit and Clean. I'm just glad they're taking the necessary steps to have ARTPOP be allowed to be sold there The darker legs make me think, what would the cover look like if all of Gaga was darker?
