Shadow 6,495
Must be nice being Troy, leather couch, marble floors and all... Knowing your own darkness is the best method for dealing with the darknesses of other people. -Carl Jung

craig 680
Gaga's release of an app of her latest album, ARTPOP, foreshadowed a future when all albums will be apps, says Carter. "It's a much richer album experience for consumers. It becomes a living, breathing thing." They can, for example, amend the artwork or annotate lyrics. "There's a million things you can do." Others will follow her lead, he says. "I'm very bullish about this new generation of artists. They're digital natives. They're starting their careers online." Sounds like he was the one pushing the app, in a kind of tech for tech;s sake way. Hasn't really helped anyone sell records yet.
Levine 23,079
classy as usual. Great.
GagaMyBlood95 9,899
Tbh, I have a feeling after the low sales of ARTPOP Troy wanted to completely change the era and make it much more generic, and Gaga was hurt that he didn't care about her vision and what she had worked so hard on creating, and all he really cared about was making money from her. yeah, that actually makes sense.. Judas Oyster 1,895
Very interesting. I wish Gaga stayed with Carter because he seems very clever, and know what the future is going to bring. Well well, let's just hope the new manager will be good too. I seriously don't think he gave up on Gaga I think she gave up on him. Yeah.. I wanna know why :/
Brown Eyes 0
It was Gaga's idea, after seeing the Facebook biopic, The Social Network, to create their own network. LittleMonsters.com Ugh Gaga why That was one stupid idea Maybe she should start listening to other people because
Judas Oyster 1,895
Calling Gaga a road bump in HIS career... He literally drove right over without a care in the world! Saying that and then refusing to explain his rude comment  I don't think he is being rude. I understood it as if the split was the bump, not Gaga. Now he has to land on the road again and keep doing what he is good at.
TheHybrid 0
I seriously don't think he gave up on Gaga I think she gave up on him. I think both, when word came out that the two split reports said that it was because of 'creative differences.'
freebit 6,132
I feel so bittersweet about this split. I think that the last tour was gravely mismanaged and the early promotion for ARTPOP was messy and rushed, but Troy has done so many good things for Gaga. I feel the same. I definitely have mixed feelings about this split.
Miel 15,009
Hologram concerts, omg. That's amazing. What if Gaga launches an album at a concert all over the world? Like the first Hologram-concert with stadium dates where people hear the whole (insertnextstudioalbum) for the first time? Sounds like Vocaloids? 3 points in and ready for more

I take the app was idea then, yeah not the greatest idea either. Nobody wants to open a seperate memory hogging app just to listen to her music no matter what it offers, they just want to listen to the music in the end. Even if the app was amazing, the novetly would've worn out after one day. At least that terrible idea wasn't Gaga's unlike lm.com However.. He doesn't tweet. "Twitter is much more public and I don't have that many clever things to say." He should've told Gaga to think and do the same
