The Grammys rarely lets an non-nominated artist debut their debut single on the biggest night of music in the US. Even after that rare opportunity, people werent interested in the single. Madonna has been on several morning shows, interview shows, and had plenty of press, reviews, magazine covers and attention in the US. The album is given to those who purchase a ticket. They don't have an option to get a ticket for 10 dollars less, if they pass on the album. That's a give away!If Gaga had done that with ARTPOP, she would have opened with much more than she opened with and it would be well past platinum!
