did anyone saying Red was 80% pop ever listen to Red?

Half of the record is pop the other half is country

Tay has loads of hype surrounding her

Adele is major everywhere, I think Adele wont debut with Higher sales in the US but will sell more on the long term. Also Adele is so fcking overrated, her music is just bad

I actually haven't listened to all of Red yet :emma: I just bought it, and am listening right now. Most of it has been pop so far so thats why i said that

Not really shocking tbh album sales have been pretty sh!t lately. Also the last album she released was in 2011 and people move on quickly if artists aren't constantly releasing music.

I only like four songs on the album, the rest sounds like a cheap package of filler songs. And this is coming from someone who really likes her work

I think first week would be taylor because of all this hype (and look at how many pre-orders it already has), 25 would probably do better long-run if it's good, but because adele had been gone for so long, the hype is just not as big as taylor's, so first week sales should be good, but not as high as taylor

Well 1989 is not far away and has been announced/promoted etc, there hasn't even been a release date for 25 yet. Once the ball gets rolling for it the hype will be absolutely huge.
