I bet she did   It would make sense though cuz she's in a mini-blackout right now trying plan the rest of the era out and i doubt she'd have time to rehearse for a performance but i do hope she performs at the Brits

Any huge star is welcome to an awards show looking for ratings. 

Obviously they'd want someone who brought in huge SNL ratings + someone who was part of the 2013 VMA's which were rated higher than the 2012 VMA's that she skipped.
