The song is catchy and will probably be released in full on the next album. It's not as if it's sub-par. Featuring a rapper on it could boost it to single material on the next record if done right. Either they don't want her to release it, she doesn't want to release it, or it will be released in the future. Who knoooows... but it would be a really odd time to release a new song when she doesn't have any time to promote it and it's not even on the album she's touring for.
