It's incredibly well composed and unique, and has some playful lyrics. I can say it's one of my top 5 favourite Gaga songs. It has a great atmosphere to it. It's easily better than anything from ARTPOP (no shade), and is more than good enough to get placed on an album. I'd say it's single material honestly. I'm aware that it was likely written for another artist but dumped, however the same happened with Telephone, but she took Telephone back and put it on an album. The same really should happen with Out of Control. It's not too late. She brought back part of Earthquake and put it in Fashion of His Love years after it leaked. It's not impossible. Do you agree? Like its the the Brooklyn Nights effect, if there's a good song that's not on an album fans go crazy about it, but then there are amazing songs on the albums that fans consistently hate. It would be interesting to see how people felt about it if it actually was released. To be honest there are probably tonnes of good songs like these which just didn't make the cut, and we know that Gaga wouldn't want to release them unless they're perfect. But anyway I'm not hating on it, I actually quite like it and would love for it to leak in full one day. But it wasn't released for a reason and that's that.
