Then they'd just weasel in front of someone else. This homie don't play! Lol. I would have had it just been me and Travis. But we were trying to get these girls who were in line before us in front of us, and them. It was their first Gaga show and they were 1-5 in line and they were behind 5-6 rows of people and they were crying. It was ridiculous. So it was more difficult... because I was trying to get in front of them and then pull other people in front of me because it was SUPER unfair. Those guys pushed in front of us, yeah, but security is mainly to blame I think. Once they opened the gates, they didn't tell us where to go correctly and then told us we had to move, so we ended up behind a f*ckton of people who got there hoooooooooooours after us. When we complained, they just kept saying "you'll all get in so calm down". Yeah, no kidding. If I just cared about getting in, I'd have gotten here half an hour ago. At one point one of them even said "you all have seats anyway so it doesn't matter." Um... nope. I'm really glad you actually know what you're doing though, so thanks for that! And then they just stood there and watched people push like CRAZY (like seriously, it was scary) and did nothing. And when people mentioned those specific people who had pushed in front of EVERYONE despite getting there past noon, they just said "it's a concert, people are going to push." IDK how many Lady Gaga concerts they have been to (I'm guessing zero), but I've been to a lot and there was sooooo much happening that was unacceptable. MESS. She made up for it, though. Obviously. It's funny how this whole thing was such an annoying, infuriating mess, but we DGAF now because Gaga made the whole experience so positive. :emo: P.S. I don't understand the disappointment here? It wasn't going to be any different - it was still artRave. It was billed as artRave. When she did TMB at Lolla, it was basically the same. It was just re-adjusted to fit the stage with no catwalks. We're talking about the GA pit though, who were very enthusiastic which is maybe what you mean, but the amount of pushing was UNREAL. People were pushing in front of other people, a lot, and just pushing everybody around in general. It was scary and security DGAF. People were crying and apparently someone got elbowed in the throat so someone could get in front of them... Haus saw one girl get pulled out of the crowd and it looked like it was because she was in pretty bad shape. Not good at all. It was at least 10x worse than any of the other 7 Gaga shows I've been to. If she had managed to stage dive she probably would have gotten injured in some way. We were talking to venue security. I don't go to shows down there usually so I don't know anything about Chicago Monsters. This had nothing to do with Gaga loving them because she wasn't there and Gaga's security wasn't there when they were pushing in front of everybody else. They didn't get backstage, they just pushed in front of everybody else including LMZ and venue security at ANY other place would have at least said something to them, especially when one of them elbowed someone in the throat for front row. Regardless, there is nothing "um HELLO" about this for me because I know nothing about the "Chicago Monsters".
