Luc 4,775 Posted December 15, 2013 Share Posted December 15, 2013 BTW will stay my favourite unless songs like J&D, Swine, DWUW, MJH, Donatella, MANiCURE, Sexxx Dreams and Gypsy magically grow on me. They all just lack something for me, I like them but not enough now my hype has died down for the album. Perhaps I'll like the songs when the tour starts or if they all get videos? So yeah, it's my favorite album that I've experienced in my life so far. :) The perfromances of this era, are all perfect, there isn't a perfromance that I didn't like ;) She is always great and perfect, yesterday while I was watching Perry performance, I feel bad for her, and I thought that it's useless have a Grammy nomination or sell millions of copy for a song that you can't performing live in a decent way, for me this aspect is seriously one of the most important for Gaga. Once you have been defined with the public and you are no longer a novelty, people, and fans kinda tune out. ARTPOP is a great album, as good or better than most of them out there. I wouldn't get too wrapped up in "glory days" of her career. She has new obstacles to overcome now and it takes time to figure out how to get the fans and the GP back on you're side. Kelly, but I guess R.Kelly and Lady Gaga is a different story Lady Gaga and R. Kelly's song is my fav. do what you want. The only R.Kelly song I like is 'do what you want' by Lady Gaga. I love it! She hasn't managed to capture the public's attention in the way Miley or Beyonce have. In a way, she's going through what Beyonce did with her last era. Of course, Gaga has her core of fans that will keep her in the spotlight when she comes out with an album. It's exactly the opposite in my opinion. Restoring her image is a much bigger and more important task than making hit songs, making hit songs of course is a part of it, a big part, but I believe that a better image will automatically translate into better sales. Gaga has interest from a big part of the GP (like 20-30%), and it's slowly growing, but she should get more passive/casual fans for a bigger and longer career.
