Applause in the other hand was certified at time. and we have been tracking it's sales since day one, unlike Telephone and Poker Face Certifications for Telephone and Poker Face are very close to their real numbers tho First of all noone is tracking Applause sales. The last tracking that has happened to Applause's WW sales was more than 2 months ago and it was close to 1M WW. Also with you logic BTW the song has sold 3M in the US.
