Yaasss! :legend: I don't think GUY is single material though. If she decides to take that risk I'd prefer her to risk it and release Venus or Gypsy, those songs have real chances to smash.

True. There is nothing similar to SD out there now and there wasn't also 6 months or 2 years ago.

Sexxx Dreams, G.U.Y, and Gypsy are the trio tho :(

Sexxx Dreams - the reasons u said

G.U.Y. - the production is probably one of Gaga's best .. Zedd slays on this track and It's also really catchy ..  To some the fact that its repetitive may be a bad thing but to others it's a good.

Gypsy - it have really small chance of flopping, can do mediocre but can also slay like TEOG.

Venus may slay but in another universe at another millennium :rip:

Sexxx Dreams is the answer to chart success now. It is a very different, commercial yet experimental song. I don't like using this word for a song but I think that Sexxx Dreams is a cool song, one of those songs that everyone wants to like. I personally believe that both Venus and Gypsy can also smash but they are very risky for now in my opinion since they both have huge chances to flop or not having both US and WW appeal. I think that its a wrong move to release such a risky single now since we have a song with much bigger chances to smash, a song that is also very innovative, has controversy on a good portion, isn't a part if the fanbase feud between Venus and Gypsy and its also a song the fanbase loves. After Sexxx Dreams Gaga can release Venus and Gypsy as 4th and 5th singles and so give them more chances to become hits since the spotlight will be on her again. After that she can even release even more risky and experimental songs like ARTPOP and Dope. Forget for a minute what song you love the most and think wisely. SD is the answer.

The problem with Dwuw video seems to controversy. I dont want another Dwuw situation.

Sexxx Dreams is one of the only songs I can still listen to and get excited. I got over a lot of the songs really fast. Wouldn't mind it as a single (aside from the horrid clean version).

Hold on, how is Ellie getting Top 5 radio support with a barely Top 30 single? Reminds me of the blind support of Unconditionally.

Thats because of the Grammys. She was top 20 and I think she was even top 10 for a period of time.

GUY is extremely unrelatable in my opinion, like MANiCURE and Scheisse. All amazing songs but also no single material. Many say that Applause wasn't relatable but the truth is that Applause was relatable in a similar way to Paparazzi. You aren't relatated with the lyrics but you are related with Gaga's lust for the Applause and Gaga is related to the song.

I agree about Gypsy.

When it comes to Venus I won't comment because you know you are biased. :hor:

This is why I said a good portion of controversy, a positive controversy, not Judas controversy.

Dwuw didnt sound like Judas controversy and look what happened. I am here for everything except Donatella, J D and MJH. I wouldnt prefer also GUY and Swine, the second because its too risky.

I agree on the songs. As for DWUW believe me, a video by Terry Richardson would be a Judas controversy.

I disagree about MANiCURE being un-relatable, but you're last point is spot on. Besides, listeners are way less picky than we think. In the 2013 year end chart, the top two spots were constituted by a song ultimately about shopping (with some fun lyrics) and a rape song.

I've never understood though how Gaga's less relatable songs don't take off. They're always highly metaphorical or a double-entendre and it seems that every tumblr girl likes "complicated and deep" veiled lyrics.
