This is not a meltdown just staring facts Not worldwide. If ARTPOP has a successful third single, it will rise like Miley's CD. That third single is important. It can make or break albums. I dont even counts muppets cause ratings flopped and bth were performed there. And Gysy had like the best possible promo in US (after grammys and superbowl) 2. What?
