I can see a rise in radio play, I imagine DJ's talking about the finale and then transitioning to "Here's Gaga's current single DO WHAT U WANT" ...then the video "soon" to follow :snowmess: *lights alejandro candle and prays* A solo acoustic performance without R.Kelly or the back-up dancers would be great to captivate the audience not with the usual Gaga image but with her vocals, which could be a good thing, if not good enough to change the tides of this single. And yes, wouldn't it be much better if the MV is released shortly afterwards? Strike while the iron is hot, otherwise it might as well just follow the same fate of the SNL and the AMA performances. I could still remember those times when it was always stuck within the 50-60 range for months. Here's hoping Pompeii would follow the same route next year. With a new peak, I'm seriously rooting for it to become a huge sleeper hit. Though when it was released I really thought it could have been one of her biggest hit songs ! To me she should have released Venus as second single (she had the video and the promo in mind) then DWUW as 3rd single with stronger plans for its promotion.
