Mariano 958
Everything's going so amazing for her this era and I couldn't be more happy & proud :emo: Adore you will be a top 10 hit at the very least and at least she shows (just like Gaga, not that I want to compare them since obviously Gaga is light years away from Miley but still) that she has talent besides all the controversies. . . Katy Perry don't make controversial things but she also hardly shows her talent to the public ... At least Miley does, and now releasing 2nd ballad in a row is a really good thing in my opinion

Foivos 64
The video would have helped just as much as it would have 2 weeks ago It's been stable. We must complete their surveys!
Luc 4,775
The video can have a lot of impact and how far you release it from the song doesn't matter that match(I'm not talking about 5 months later of course). Wrecking Ball was released a lot later after the song was released and it had huge impact. Of course the impact won't be instant but it will be enough to make the song enter the top 10 and stay there. Wrecking Ball released on: 25 August - the day of the VMAs ------------- massive buzz because of controversial VMA appearance --------------------------------------- Video released on: 9 September - 2 weeks after the UK release: 6 October That's not a lot later, 7 weeks+ compared to 2 weeks? Mariano 958
Wrecking Ball was an amazing ballad I admit it. If only Miley kept more balance on her image and wasn't that controversial just to be controversial she would seem much better in my eyes. Now she seems ridiculous and a sellout and she is... the point is that her controversy is not something to be proud of, It's not something Interesting... ALTHOUGH the public has all the blame, because I personally didn't find anything shocking in her VMA performance, she was a bit embarrassing there and awkward, but the public made that performance into the most talked - about thing in Music for 2013, then the Wrecking Ball video I thought It was Simple and beautiful, the public thought It was SOMETHING REALLY controversial etc... while It wasn't at all, she is not the first one to get naked and won't be the last and just because she was a kid years ago doesn't mean she still is ... That's actually the thing I don't like in some artists like Katy Perry .. she is 29 or so and she is always so childish :X PRISM was going to be her Dark era (not that It's necessarily to be dark, just to show that you are not childish but still) and It wasn't ... The song had fallen a lot before the video though... Whatever there are still a lot of examples to prove my point. The thing is that there is no need for you and me to make early conclusions because we can't really see behind our nose.
Alchemist 0
How much has DWUW sold so far? The video is going to help, relax
