They said that ARTPOP has had the highest 1st week sales in Austria this year!!! Higher than Eminem, Katy, Miley and all the others who released albums in 2013!!! Maybe because ARTPOP had the was available for pre-order for 3 months which is the longest an album has been available for pre order this year, but still this is a great achievement! :) They werent allowed to tell the official numbers, since Interscoope doesnt release numbers in Austria, Germany,...
