I'm not really feeling the new album :( At least, not compared with the feelings that came with Lungs. I kind of had Lungs in repeat all day, and everytime something new came out I was extremely happy... Maybe I'm a little more grown up? I dunno. But there are some astounding songs in Ceremonials! I feel like it relates to me, I love the sound, and I can just feel the emotion in each song. I guess Florence is just gaining new fans with this album, and possibly losing old ones too? I hate Dog Days tbh. first of all, if you get in trouble for something, it's my fault. i accidentally clicked report instead of quote--but i'm pretty sure i didn't submit anything--sorry >.< but anyway, i disagree about her sound. though it's not night and day different, the sound on ceremonials is drastically different than on lungs. i think she took the magic that is cosmic love and made a whole album like it. brilliant.
