This. And to those 4-5 people who claim Gaga's a flop, I have this to say: A flop isn't invited to perform on the AMAs. A flop isn't chosen to do a Thanksgiving special with the Muppets. A flop isn't the face of Versace for Spring 2014. A flop isn't the cover of the Glamour Magazine's Women of the Year issue. A flop isn't invited to appear on Ellen and other talk shows. A flop doesn't host SNL. A flop doesn't record an album with jazz legend Tony Bennett. A flop isn't chosen to close the legendary Roseland Ballroom. I live outside the space time continuum. Gaga is about much larger things than numbers or chart positions. She is the enjoyment she brings to all those who understand and appreciate her music. She is every kid who is alive today because of her message, and every kid who didn't drop out of school. She is the joy on a kid's face when he/she meets her in person or is even in the same concert hall with her. She is the gleam in a kid's eyes when she sparks the artistic creativity in him/her (a mission of Gaga in the ARTPOP era). I live outside the space time continuum. About ARTPOP, several great artists' albums never even reach #1, but they are still great. Right now, if someone looks at the Billboard 200 web site, this is what they see: http://www.billboard.com/charts/billboard-200 Is this person a flop? I live outside the space time continuum.
