If you've read Kathy Griffin's book and the rumors about Ellen, you'd know Ellen is an alpha perfectionist who likes being in control. I'm not surprised by the awkward tbh. aquaprincess 23 Posted November 23, 2013 Share Posted November 23, 2013 all u guys are making some good points. to me Ellen seemed concerned because of what gaga was talking about with the recent criticisms and such. i think its just getting to gaga a bit. there have always been haters or critics, but lately it seems the amount has been pretty heavy especially with the ARTPOP sales. so while its great when gaga is all positive and fun, its also nice to see gaga be real, which is what she was being here. and i think Ellen just wanted to give her that space to be open because they are friends. All the things are driving me crazy, but when I tell about it to someone, I always feel a little bit better. I can't imagine what Gaga went through when she was holding all her pain inside.. She is so strong. Yeah. I am depressed too and I rarely speak about my feeling. I think some you don't know what empathy is, she was just very respectful and lovely. This episode was a little bit more serious, because they are two normal persons and not clowns.
