At the end of the day, she would release it if she thought it was good enough and it was the best thing to do...so, I feel we can pretty safely assume that she's debating that. She also said that she planned on using ACT I and ACT II to structure the tour, which would mean it should be out pretty soon if she wants to carry that out. My guess is that she's ditched the plan of ACT II, or ACT II has has evolved into something else. She may have creatively moved on from ARTPOP or perhaps would rather a clean slate for the next album if she is to combat the negativity. i agree with most of this but i would like to see swine as the last single in july or late junr and the rest is perfect Personally, I was always pro-ACT II, but now I don't feel it's the best move. The pros remain that she can use ACT II to boost ACT I's performance, reinvent the tour with new material but without a new era, and satisfy her creative need to prove ARTPOP without all the things that messed up ACT I. However, the con of it being attached to ACT I is increasingly becoming unavoidable. ARTPOP is an unfairly heavy weight for ACT II to be burdened with - regardless of how good it may be, a lot of people won't give it a chance - and it's going to be tough to deliver an album that's consistent with ACT I yet is relevant sonically to 2014 considering ACT I itself struggled with that. If she goes through with ACT II, I'd like to see: - G.U.Y as last ACT I single. - Release lead ACT II single in June. Summer is the best time for dance anthems. - Feature on a major urban collab over summer. - Put Terry X Gaga docufilm on Netflix. - PapaTele continuation as 2nd ACT II single (ft. Brit/Bey), performed at VMAs. - ARTPOP ACT II released alongside as a stand alone but also re-release with ACT I. - Cheek To Cheek released in November. - Add singles to tour setlist, and revamp featuring both tracklists for the next WW round in 2015. etc. In terms of sound: more along the lines of DWUW/Sexxx Dreams, quite disco-R&B pop for the most part. I bet I can guess what threads have been made, who made them and what was posted in them. Sorry OT! It's ok, pretty quiet. Lots of people revelling in her so called downfall! I try to stay reasonable and listen to what they say, but people can just be so rude for no reason. Tbh been missing your clearheaded and reasonable posts! But I get that DS isn't always a nice place to be! Anyways nice to find you on here and that you haven't disappeared for good! Dressing up spreading love getting fkkd Pokerface Getting involved with d--gs Getting rid of a certain producer boyfriend Being a puppet slave of the industry despite injury/headlines Thinking of embracing the dark and light to turn art into pop The realization that d--gs are a problem and she's losing it Donatella, the high fashion side, being rebellious Living for fashion, hiding behind clothes MJH the realization she hides behind d--gs Rehab. Dance b---h is sobah. Gypsy sees her thankful and able time hit the road again because her d--g of choice is the applause. So part 2 should expand on her relationships. Anyway, I take that with a grain of salt as there was no source provided. In the comments, it was said she said it to Billboard after the Roseland Ballroom show. Im dying for ACT II tbh :P idc how it charts or even sells.. it could sell 100k (if even that) for all i care but i assume the record labels does care. I just want new music. I mean i respect that she doesnt want it to be out there in the critics hands, but at the same time its like we are her fans and we kind of live for her music.
