Lord Axel 824
I really do hope we get exactly 15 more songs for Act II because it would compliment ARTPOP perfectly. Either that or like a TFM-length EP to mirror the TF/TFM combination ʟɪᴠɪɴɢ ᴛʜᴇ ɢᴏʟᴅ ᴀɴᴅ ᴛʜᴇ ꜱɪʟᴠᴇʀ ᴅʀᴇᴀᴍ ϟ†▽✰𝒿 ~Ɐ

SISTERV 3,887
As much as I agree that Gaga shouldn't really care about the charts anymore, I do feel like if she wants a big hitter album, this is EXACTLY what needs to happen: A) MOVIE and ALBUM at the same time. It just makes sense, and it will give the mainstream audience a chance to remember the Gaga they can relate to, and they will understand her project more. B) Cut the bull****, COMPLETELY tone down the look. In other words.....change. The reason anybody in pop music was successful was their ability to actually change. She needs to cut out the entire avante garde, and focus on minimalism. In this case, LESS is MORE. C) Work with people who have cred in the industry. Work with William Orbit. Names that people have actually heard of. Not EDM artists. D) Tell everyone who has been around her for the past few years to leave her alone for 1 year while writing. The reason Lady Gaga is unrelatable to the mainstream, is because she hasn't related to normal people for years. Her fans are important, but they aren't going anywhere, and a 20 minute lovy-dovey backstage moment isn't giving her a taste of the real life. E) Stop pushing an agenda and live the ****ing agenda. Write an album that is completely not groundbreaking for artistic purposes but groundbreaking for the music. F) Its not surprising when Lady Gaga goes onto a long tirade about her art, and even though we know that isn't cocky, it comes off that way to a general listener. Can we get the girl back who used to love just hangin out in ****ter bars drinkin whiskey? G) Make music that makes fun of herself. When pop music becomes too serious, it isn't pop music anymore....its art student dialogue over a synthesizer. H) The reason people loved The Fame on the level that it did is for three basic reasons: It was a digestable idea to the general public, it brought out something that the industry was actually looking for, and it was catchy. ARTPOP is great, but not all the songs are catchy, the general public finds it too high brow, and EDM has already been going on for 4 years now. LASTLY) Stick to what you know. its okay to experiment, but when you start becoming a Mr. Hyde in your own laboratory, its time to know your limits and go back to the drawing board. As a fan, I'm gonna love her no matter what and understand. As an objective music listener, I can understand why things are going downhill, and its not because of idiots like Perez Hilton, its ultimately not relatable music. josh190 0
i just want djws will no more working in this album. i need s.o. like madeon, zedd, especially redone to be back on this actII. they're really good at song-making. so sr but, i dont like djws anymore. his music somehow likes "one listen is enough" hope that this actII will be sth like another fame monster, full of smash hits. and also for me, 8 songs are enough for the busy. lodylody 1,746
"In Like With You" and "Onion Girl" just sound so demo-like. I don't know why. They sound different.
marcoto89 0
I wish that the atmosphere is dark and yet to be songs for clubs. it had at the fame monster, and I want that feeling again.
Glomerulus 0
Am I the only one not rly excited about ARTPOP act 2? I mean it will most likely consist of ARTPOP act 1 leftovers and have no hits.
izebize 0
But why so soon? She should wait a year or at least a half but if this comes out in March... It would turn ARTPOP absolutely worthless to the public eye imo... It needs time to shine.
