Everyone pre-judged it because will.i.can't was producing it but it ended up being the freshest production I've heard from will.i.am. Place as track no. 10 on our Savior Lady Gaga's 4th album titled ARTPOP we have the mangificent Donatella. The song is written as a form of praise for Donatella Versace (Gaga's close friend) and is also a jab at pop culture of today. The lyrics weren't instantly (and have yet to be) approved of by some of her fans but they do not realise the lyrics are meant to imitate the blonde pop star.
