PoshLife 17,005 Posted June 3, 2014 Share Posted June 3, 2014 I love the video but the only 'problem,' if there is one, is that there were so many great visuals that they wanted to cram into three minutes. If they had shown more of the flying catwalk thing, we would've been saying "why didn't we see more of the top hat?" or "wait what was that purple light cone we only saw a second of?" I think it's a really great video. I personally love how the last chorus flashes from shot to shot really quickly, it adds to the excitability of the piece (the whole "battle between black&white and color comes to a climax" concept). Like I said, I like how the third chorus was executed; I think the second chorus could have focused more on the post-chorus choreography to really drive home the clapping. Obviously the fans know how to do it, and the GP knows there IS clapping, but it could have been even bigger like the Bad Romance choreography everybody learned when the video came out.
