ARTPOP as a whole is a messy overproduced album. Just hear me out FIRST please.

Remember when we first heard Venus, the Chorus was the only thing we loved, until we got on board with the whole sound, some other people won't listen to the track 5 times before they like it. All the following songs could have been skipped or even replaced because they just don't fit in, (J&D, Fashion!, Gypsy, Dope).

Even tho as a fan I like Gypsy and Dope, but they are WAY too personal to be put on an album that targets the GP and POP music in general (as the album title clearly states).

Aura for instance, was like downgraded, the version that leaked on August was way more good, and I only listen to that version, the one on the album feels like she sang it last minute and didn't get time to tweak it.

And everyone saying that SEXXX DREAMS should be a single are dreaming, what kind of radio / music station would put a horny song filled with filthy lyrics in the morning time for people?

 

So I really think that the way Gaga planned the album was fun, the way DJWS worked on a couple of songs is great (Applause, ARTPOP and Venus), but the rest of the album it's like they didn't give much attention to it, and just put songs there to fill 15 tracks in the tracklist.
