So many doubts a popstar other than Madonna could make huge tours without any h Well, I agree a little bit. The tour isn't looking that great so far, what I think should be done this tour is: 1. Travelling to more areas: Middle east, South-East Asia, South-Asia, more Latin American countries and more cities in Brazil, more East-European countries. 2. Cheaper tickets: She should try and fill more stadiums and slowly build up ticket sales, she's not going to sell well if she puts the tickets for $200 in Taiwan and Russia again or that much in Latin America and then get tons of discounts. It's better to just sell the tickets for ~$75 on average. 3. More WW promo, come on Gaga. You have done enough US promotion by now, you should really focus on a mini-tour around the globe now. Go to Brazil, Mexico, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Israel, Taiwan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, Japan and South Korea on a mini-tour (theater) that gets to air on TV. That should really make demand higher. 4. Try to mention the tour in as many interviews as possible. 5. Also, I think good promo strategy in touring can sell more than 1 WW hit Well, When App and Roar were released the same week, everyone thought that we could at least compete with KP numbers even though she was huge by the time she released the first single. Then we had this album debut that the most realistic fan couldn´t predict it so low. don´t know about u, but i never thought that Gaga could hardly move KP and Miley album sales. I agree she is doing a great job getting back the GP so far. But this whole Troy situation and her emotional unstability concerns me a bit bc all that i want is a flawless era in terms of promo. Love the album though she will be fine if she knows play the cards well, but we haven´t seen this so far. For example, will she release DWYW video when Em is unstoppble on charts? So many doubts a popstar other than Madonna could make huge tours without any h If she was able to do so well in touring after BTW happened and she was already flopping with her singles, getting so much hate from media etc, then I can't see her doing less than that now. She has definitely established herself as a live performer, a touring act. Let's take Autralia, for example. It was a real surprise for me at first that she had to add more and more dates cause everything was selling out, although her music was not having any impact on the charts etc at the time...and not only Australia. Without 1D's 5 songs DWUW is #16 it fell 2-3 positions. Its not like radio DJs are checking Kworb : 'Ouch that new Gaga single just got 2 dark red updates.
