It was only released as a promo single, there's no radio airplay, music video, new live performances etc. that would cause it to gain sales or streaming. It got no airplay, ~100k of its sales last week was from the pre orders and they will be much lower now. The streaming was huge last week, this week it isn't. They're simply not interested in buying the same music but than with more weirdness and a random beat here and there. I bet the Jazz album will see great success.
