It's equivalent to about 720k US.Maybe Quebec really came though - Celine got 90k of her Canadian 105k there last week.I was hoping Eminem would get permanently blocked in Canada for a bit of revenge. craig 680 Posted November 17, 2013 Share Posted November 17, 2013 Chart News responded to a fan saying it was based on shipments...That's what I suspected.If Celine and Eminen both have 75% drops (pretty typical and similar to Em's projection in US), Celine will be under 27.5k and Em will be under 27k.
