Have you tried going to the iTunes Store homepage and clicking Purchases? Maybe you can download it from there. I went to the purchased section via my Mac and I could download it from there. I preordered on iTunes but it wasn't downloading so I cancelled my order but now they all say purchased and I can't buy the album! It already says purchased but it's not! Help! Maybe it wasn't 15 minutes, I don't really remember! But I know it took a while because I remember being worried about it. Hehe. I didn't get charged twice for DWUW.
