lol the cover shot was clearly cg and not a real sculpture which is why they were waiting until this event to debut it and no photos of it appear in the booklet.  plus the reflection in the gazing ball is not of the statue but of the real gaga!!! DECEIVEDPOP

I think colour was painted digitally onto the sculpture for the cover, this is much more in keeping with Koons' previous sculptures.
