Don't buy ARTPOP at H&M!

Well whether u get it from H&M, iTunes or Target, Gaga will still make the same amount of money regardless if Billboard/Soundscan counts it or not.

Using ur logic, we should all just download it illegally or get it from a bootlegger lol.

By your logic, people only buy music if they want it go #1 on iTunes. That's pretty much an insult to all non-pop music out there, good job.

My logic is not summed up in a post where I'm talking about something even Gaga has made fun of fans for. There are people paid to pay attention to charts, it just boggles my mind that people would do it for free. I'm glad I can just enjoy the music :whitney:

I can't at some of you thinking that Gaga doesn't care about the charts, look at her tweets when she released applause....

Of course she cares, they measure the success and the impact of her work.

THIS THIS THIS OMG !!! Thank YOU

But u made a comment about her bank account, not the charts. I was just saying that she's still getting the same amount of money regardless if we buy it from H&M or Target. I didnt even comment on the charts nor do I care.

Of course she cares and appreciates charts, but Gaga said herself that there are fans who hear the song and then go online and focus on charts, and then there are fans who simply just love the music/the message which she clearly appreciates more

People don't fight please :noparty:    I think this isn't exactly her fault.

I blame fracking Billboard with their stupid rules

I know but that isn't my 'logic' on the situation. I was just stating that because for months now fans think the charts matter. For one, they're completely inaccurate. Two, songs that chart well are usually the most annoying songs ever. The only reason I said "bank account" is because that goes hand-in-hand with charts and touring, which is where she earns her money. My initial comment was basically saying "You're a fan, enjoy the music. She's signed to a label for a reason, and there are people paid to focus on charts"

I know but some of us like to follow the charts and I really like her topping the lists

Or at least, I would appreciate her team making their best with promo and sales

This is so dangerous, because there are a lot of people that would see the album at less price and buy it, it's not fair!!!!!!

How many shops are in the USA? A lot like in Europe or less?
